Bowling Policy

  •  When your bowling time is up, you may add additional time if current reservation list allows.  

  •  Arrive 10 minutes prior to your start time to check in.

  • Online reservations DO NOT include bowling shoes. Bowling shoes will need to be purchased upon arrival at the front desk. $2.99/pair.

  • Online reservations are limited to a maximum of 3 lanes per group (no more than 6 people per group). Non-refundable payment in full must be made at time of booking. For more than 3 lanes, please call HeyDay’s Group Sales team for assistance.

  • Your reservation is not complete until you have paid for your lane(s) in full. To avoid interference with our waitlist, reservations must be made at least 3-hours before desired bowling time.

  • We DO NOT allow outside food or drinks at the lanes or anywhere else inside the facility.

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information collected from you, on this website, www.heydayfun.com, and any web site owned, operated, licensed or controlled by HeyDay, including mobile enabled sites and apps (collectively 'Web site') what we do with it and with whom we share it Please read and understand our Privacy Policy, as your use of the Web Sites signify your have done so and agree to this Privacy Policy. HeyDay Entertainment is committed to complying fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, and we take special precautions on this Website to protect the privacy of children under the age of 13 (individuals under age 13 are referred to as 'children' in this Privacy Policy). Notwithstanding the foregoing, HeyDay encourages children to consult with their parents before furnishing data and HeyDay believes that parents should supervise their children’s online activities to ensure responsible and safe on-line practices. Tools are available and HeyDay recommends the usage thereof which may aid in preventing children from disclosing online their name, address and other personal information without parental permission. Because some of the visitors to our Web site are children, we take care to make certain that our content is appropriate for kids of all ages. We do not ask our visitors to disclose more information than is necessary for them to participate in a particular activity and this Web site does not allow any user, whether a child, teenager, or adult, to post publicly any personally identifiable information.

Like most web sites, this Site gathers traffic patterns, site usage information and other aggregated data in order to evaluate our visitors' preferences and the effectiveness of this Site. In addition, you may be prompted to enter information of open an account which may hold personal information such as your name, mailing address and/or credit card information. C. Purchase of Products and Services

When making a purchase on our Website, you will be asked to provide your name, e-mail address, credit card information, and billing address. We use this information to process your order and, if applicable, to ship your order to you or your designated recipient. Your personal information is also used to contact you if necessary, during our processing of the online transaction and to send you HeyDay Entertainment's periodic newsletters containing information about special events and promotions at HeyDay Entertainment.

Our Web site contains a link to provide us with comments about your experience HeyDay Entertainment. This section of the Web site asks for your name, telephone number, and e-mail address. We use this information to contact you for a follow-up conversation about your experience at HeyDay Entertainment.

E. Contests and Sweepstakes

Periodically, we may offer contests or sweepstakes through our Web site. These contests and sweepstakes will require participants to provide us with their name, e-mail address, mailing address, and telephone number. Children are not permitted to participate in sweepstakes or contests offered through our Web site. F. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13) years. This Site is directed to persons who are at least thirteen (13) years of age. If a parent or guardian is made aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information through any point of contact, we ask to be contacted at the below address or email address and we will delete the information about the child referenced from our files.

We will disclose your personal information if we believe in good faith that we are required to do so by law, such as if we receive a court order or subpoena demanding the information. Refund Policy

There are no refunds of deposits. Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled date or put on a gift card if the change occurs 48 hours in advance of the original reservation. If you book your reservation date within 48 hours, your deposit cannot be refunded, transferred, or placed on a gift card.

By making a reservation, you agree to arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation time or risk losing your reservation.

Refunds are not available for online purchases of admission to special events (i.e. wine tasting events).

Gift & Fun Card Policy

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Use of a gift card (“Gift Card”) constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Gift Cards may be redeemed for the purchase of food, beverage, FUNcards (which are required to operate games), attractions, merchandise and taxes, but not private corporate/group events, or to purchase additional Gift Cards, at any HeyDay Entertainment center. Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash, unless required by law. Treat the Gift Card like cash; no replacement if lost, destroyed, or stolen. Funds do not expire. Card issued by HeyDay Entertainment, LLC.

FUNcard Terms & Conditions

FUNcard is issued by and represents an obligation of HeyDay Entertainment. Purchase or use of a card constitutes acceptance of the following term. Cards cannot be redeemed until activated. Purchases made with the card will be deducted from the balance until it reaches $0.00. Card is redeemable at any HeyDay location, it cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Treat the card as cash, as it will not be replaced if lost or stolen, except where required by law. Card has no expiration date and incurs no dormancy fees’ HeyDay reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time, as provided at HeyDayFun.com

FUNcards cannon be used toward payment for parties and events. Sales tax will not be added when purchasing a FUNcard.

Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions

HeyDay Entertainment, LLC “HeyDay Entertainment" operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Mobile Messaging Terms”). The Program and our collection and use of your personal information is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and our Privacy_Policy.

Program Description:

We may send promotional and transactional mobile messages in various formats through the Program. Promotional messages advertise and promote our products and services and may include [promotions, specials, other marketing offers, and abandoned checkout reminders]. Transactional messages relate to an existing or ongoing transaction and may include [order notifications and updates, appointment reminders, and other transaction-related information]. Mobile messages may be sent using an automated technology, including an autodialer, automated system, or automatic telephone dialing system. Message frequency will vary but will not exceed 3 messages per month. You agree that we, our affiliates, and any third-party service providers may send you messages regarding the foregoing topics or any topic and that such messages and/or calls may be made or placed using different telephone numbers or short codes. We do not charge for mobile messages sent through the Program but you are responsible for any message and data rates imposed by your mobile provider, as standard data and message rates may apply for SMS and MMS alerts.

User Opt-In:

By providing your mobile phone number to us, you are voluntarily opting in to the Program and you agree to receive recurring mobile messages from us at the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in, even if such number is registered on any state or federal “Do Not Call” list. You agree that any mobile phone number you provide to us is a valid mobile phone number of which you are the owner or authorized user. If you change your mobile phone number or are no longer the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number, you agree to promptly notify us at contact@heydayfun.com. Your participation in the Program is not required to make any purchase from us and your participation in the Program is completely voluntary.

User Opt-Out and Support:

You may opt-out of the Program at any time. If you wish to opt-out of the Program and stop receiving mobile messages from us, or you no longer agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, and/or UNSUBSCRIBE to any mobile message from us. You may continue to receive text messages for a short period while we process your request and you may receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message. You understand and agree that the foregoing is the only reasonable method of opting out. For support, reply HELP to any mobile message from us.

Event Policies

Reservations, Deposits & Payment

Reservations are tentative and therefore may be canceled by HeyDay Entertainment (HDE) any time until a signed contract and deposit are received by HDE. Quoted pricing may be subject to change until secured with signed contract and deposit. Deposit in the amount as determined by the package selection (shown below) is due at the time the reservation is made. Deposits are applied to the balance and the entire balance is due on the event date. For your protection, HDE does not keep credit card information on file. Host is required to present payment in full upon conclusion of the event in the form of cash or credit. Company checks may be accepted with prior approval from Sales Manager. Personal checks, FUNcards or Gift Cards are not accepted as payment towards events of any kind. Discounts or coupons may not be used in conjunction with an event unless permission is given in writing by the Sales Manager prior to submitting the event deposit. Individual payments are not accepted for group events. HDE will only accept one form of payment for group event unless otherwise agreed upon in writing no later than 5 days prior to event date.

Packages and their Deposit Requirements

  • Kid's birththday Party Packages require a $75 - Non-Refundable Deposit

  • Lane reservations require Payment in Full (Non-Refundable).

  • Any Other Event requires 50% of the event total.

Confirmation

HDE will contact the Primary Contact (Host) using the phone number and email address listed on the signed contract 5 days prior to the event date to confirm the finalized details and obtain the guaranteed number of attendees. The details and full contract value are locked in at that point. Past 5:00 pm on this date, any quantities and the overall event value may be increased, subject to availability, but not decreased.

If HDE does not hear from Host to make these adjustments the contract will be confirmed with the details as shown on the most up to date version as emailed 5 days prior to event date. Should your confirmation date fall on a Sunday, when our sales office is closed, you will be contacted to confirm early on the Friday prior to the event date. Guest count  cannot drop at any point below the greater of the required minimum for the package or the guaranteed amount.

Kids Birthday Party Packages: The Confirmation Policy applies with the exception that the confirmation will be performed 3 days prior to the event date.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing no less than 30 days prior to the start of the event to receive a full refund of the initial deposit, less any expenses already incurred on your behalf.

Any cancellation made in writing 6 to 29 days prior to the event will forfeit the deposit in its entirety.

Any cancellation made within 5 days of the event date will forfeit the deposit and be responsible for the greater of the full contract value or any required revenue minimums.

No-show will be responsible for the greater of the full contract value or any required revenue minimums.

Holiday Cancellation Policy

*Events taking place from December 1 - 31 will adhere to the following policy.

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing no less than 90 days prior to the start of the event to receive a full refund of the initial deposit, less any expenses already incurred on your behalf.

Any cancellation made in writing 31 - 89 days prior to the event will forfeit the deposit in its entirety.

Any cancellation made within 30 days of the event date will forfeit the deposit and be responsible for the greater of the full contract value or any required revenue minimums.

No-show will be responsible for the greater of the full contract value or any required revenue minimums

All parties agree that the sums are not a penalty but represent a reasonable effort on behalf of HDE to establish its loss prospectively and represent liquid damages. Any attempt to cancel without inclusion of payment due, as set forth by the terms above, shall be invalid. HDE reserves the right to cancel any event at its facility if it is deemed solely by HDE that the event in any way was misrepresented to or deemed in any way harmful to HDE and/or its guests. In the event of such a cancellation, HDE refund the full amount of the pre-paid initial deposit, less any expense already incurred on your behalf. Cancellation policies above will apply unless otherwise agreed upon in writing on the signed contract.

House Policies

Must be 48 inches or taller and less than 300 pounds to participate in Ropes Course. When a participant chooses to descend from the Ropes Course for any reason their session is over. In order to participate in Laser Tag, a guest must be deemed capable to manage the equipment by the HDE employee in charge of the laser tag session. A non-participating parent or guardian may be required to supervise if deemed appropriate by the HDE employee.

Host will have access to reserved assets only during the scheduled time as shown on contract. Host and all guests are expected to exit any reserved area(s) and remove any personal items at the scheduled end time.

No item whatsoever shall be affixed to any item on the premises, including, but not limited to floors, walls, ceilings and furniture. Exceptions may be made on an event by event basis. The use of confetti and/or a pinata is STRICTLY PROHIBITED anywhere in the facility. Permission to waive any house policy must be obtained in writing a minimum of 3 days prior to the event date from the Sales Manager.

A reasonable charge will be assessed if all personal items and Guest(s) have not been removed from the reserved space by the end of the designated time, if any damage has been done, or if confetti or Pinata are used. HDE is not responsible for any personal items at any point and will not store them for you once removed from the reserved space. Reserved activities will be in sessions shared with other guests up to the maximum available per session unless otherwise specified on the contract.

Food & Beverage

HDE does not allow outside food or beverage of any kind to be brought onto the premises without prior written approval,this includes when items are brought in the basis of allergy or dietary restriction. An exception will be made for a celebratory cake or cupcakes only during the scheduled Event. HDE strictly prohibits Ice Cream or Ice Cream cake. HDE will not store any food item for Host or guest(s).

Birthday Party Policies

Be advised that our party room seating may be limited to the amount of birthday party participants discussed during booking. Parents, family, or additional guests are invited to stand in the party room or visit BreakPoint or Revolutions for additional seating.

If you prefer to use your own decorations, please limit them to the table.

The Birthday Club discount cannot be combined with any other offer. Discount can only be applied if ALL of the following requirements are met: discount is added in writing to the event contract prior to signature AND the discount postcard is presented prior to final payment.
To ensure you and your party have the best experience, please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 5 minutes early – your party room might not be ready.

Bowling time may not be extended past the reserved end time if another reservation is scheduled behind the party or if HDE is on a bowling wait list.
